Zoom Booking Steps
1. Purchase your program
Receive your program access before booking a Zoom discussion.
2. View the Zoom calendar
Choose the available Zoom discussion date, time, and topic that suits you. All To Write Art program topics can be studied in any order.
3. Book your Zoom discussion
Submit the booking form below to secure your place. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before the session, as places are limited.
4. Receive your Zoom access link
Your Zoom link will be emailed approximately 2 hour before the meeting.
5. Prepare for your Zoom discussion
Before attending the Zoom discussion, read the matching Topic, Task, and Helpful Hints and Approaches sections so you understand the topic and can participate in the discussion. The Zoom discussion happens before you begin the creative task. You do not need to complete the task before attending; you only need to be familiar with the topic and ready to discuss it.

Zoom Discussion FAQ
Do I need professional art knowledge to join a Zoom discussion?
No. You do not need professional art knowledge or outside research. Simply read the Topic, Task, and Helpful Hints & Approaches sections for the topic you are attending before the session, so you can understand and participate in the discussion.
What can I expect from a Zoom discussion?
Zoom discussions are informal conversations focused on understanding the topic and task, asking questions, sharing insights, creative ideas, and personal reflections.
Do I need to bring anything to the Zoom discussion?
No. This is not a traditional art class, so you will not be creating any art during the session. If you would like to take notes, you are welcome to have a pen and notebook with you.
How long are Zoom discussions?
Sessions usually run for approximately 60 minutes but may vary between 40 and 90 minutes depending on the discussion and number of participants.
How many students attend each Zoom discussion?
Depending on bookings, sessions may be one-on-one with a To Write Art facilitator or include up to 10 students in a group discussion.
Who can book Zoom discussions?
Any student aged 18 or over, including Beta and Scholarship students.
